A future where families are strengthened and children flourish through access to outdoor, imaginative play—made possible by shared resources and Christ-centered compassion.

We believe active, creative play is a catalyst for the growth of children. Our team spent many hours and made many memories of playsets of our own as children. The Lord has put upon us to return that blessing to as many families as we can reach.

Project Playset started through its founder recognizing a need in the community. Children are drawn more than ever to a screen that hinders their imagination and opportunities for exercise and interaction. They need a place to play and stimulate their excitement and sense of adventure. Playsets can be a luxury; families across the upstate face real challenges that may prevent that purchase or its construction from being a reality.

Project Playset’s mission is to fill the gap; provide play sets for children across the upstate. Play sets are built with donated time by volunteers and purchased materials. Those who are able to cover the cost of their build are asked to do so to fund donated play sets.
